Meet Jenny Campion
As a national youth athlete in Hong Kong and playing university soccer in the UK, fitness and athletics have always been a big part of my life. Combining this with my degree in psychology and business led me to my passion for working with others to feel stronger physically and mentally. For over 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of 1:1 clients from all walks of life. From stay-at-home parents, to celebrities, to SHE-EOs of multi-million dollar corporations – I treat all my clients equally… as a human that deserves to lead their healthiest and happiest life! Personally, I've suffered cycles of injuries, aches and pains from a young age. I looked fit on the outside but could barely walk some days. It took me becoming a single mother to discover an effective method of training that builds me rather than depletes me, and that also fits in with my hectic schedule. I am now the strongest and most resilient I’ve ever felt - in my mid-30s, and I’m so excited to share it with you here on my app!
